I used a Subway coupon earlier today: 3 footlong subs for $18. Got a tuna, a steak & cheese, and an Italian with fresh mozzarella.
I had the Italian. It was decent, but not as good as Jersey Mike's.

Idk....my 10 yr old just hollered downstairs that she was making dinner (with my wife) and it will be ready by 6:30. She said it is going to be delicious!

So she made it by herself! Made my wife stay in the other room.

Had it all set up like a catering line, get drinks, get plates, etc. It was so cute and was delicious!!

(Of course daddy had to do all the dishes by himself )

Well, alright!

She's now ready for eggs Benedict.

I'm working this evening for overtime. My coworker and I grabbed dinner from Lazuri Cafe. I got salmon over shepherds salad. It also came with fresh bread.

Bacon and egg breakfast burrito with mayo, colby jack and a bit of mozzarella with tater tots. Didnt have any hash browns lol
In retrospect it could have used some hot sauce

Saw a YT video for a simple spaghetti with canned sardines. This was so good! Best part is, I made a large batch and it's all for me.......since the rest of the family don't care for canned sardines. I know, I don't get either
