Rizogalo, my favourite Greek dessert.

I just got home from Turkey after another 15 hours of travelling. The first thing I could logically do is recreate my favorite dessert but with cocoa

After some googling the dessert me and Mom had was called supangle, basically a cold chocolate pudding with pistachios:

but why not add something chewy to it... especially if I already love rizogalo which has the texture I'm aiming for. This is my usual recipe:

For the chocolate variation I didn't use any cardamom or cinnamon. I wish I had actually measured the ingredients but the only differences are probably 50g cacao powder, 250g sugar instead of 200 and 50g caramelized sugar syrup. Finally I added coconut flakes on top, heavy cream and more caramel syrup.
