Still experimenting lol. Added like 6 times more nuts this time and added poppy seeds on top. It took more then 1.5kg of flour in total.
I added twice as much water in the beginning then according to the recipe, but I filtered most of it out and added even more flower😂

Wetter dough gets more lacing....another way to say larger bubbles in it. If you bake it with a water pan on a rack under it the steam will help a lot.
