Thanks man-been tweaking my beer brats for about 20yrs or better. This method is pretty rowdy imo.. I’ll do my best to snap a few pre-wolfed down.. 😅

It’d probably make a decent generic beer cheese. The darker the more flavor typically. Possibly Hoppy would be even more flavorful-but I was never an IPA guy. My favorite was Franzishkaner “gold” or “red” bottle. I stick to the blue Fosters oil can, or a Modelo Especial for my beer brats.
 
We're you trying to obscure the middle part of that 'garlic penile sausage' label?
“Fennel”? The date sticker was there-I actually tried to remove it for fear of anyone thinking it said “penile”… 🤷🏻‍♂️🤣

I haven't had beer since I was 17 or so.
