what rx for MERV compatible with DX3S?

like the title says i need a rx that is compatible with my spektrum dx3s. i know that the sr300 is the right choice but i was just trying to save a little $$...anythoughts?

The SR300 is gonna be your best bet. . .thats the one i have in my merv and it works perfeclty. check on e-bay you should be able to find one for less that 50 bucks

yea i had a feeling i was gonna have to take that route. i had it in my MERV but i put it in the savage x ss kit i just built. so you can't mix and match tx's and rx's?

Spektrum yeah you can. . .but you can't bind a TRX Reciever to the Spektrum Transmitter if thats what your asking because they run on different frequencies, I.E. trx runs on 27.xxxxMhz and the spektrum runs on 2.4Ghz

i kno i can't bind the 2.4 ghz tx with a am or fm rx. i was wondering what 2.4 ghz rx i could find with my spektrum rx other than the sr300. what other brands. that was my question

sorry, i meant, you Might be able to if it is a 2.4 traxxas, you might be able to just bind them together.

the spektrum is 100% worth the money. I got mine a couple of years back, and have not run anything else since.
