Hello I was given this rc car and I know nothing about it, not even a general name to start looking things up. I'm hoping to fix it up and get it running. Hoping someone can spot what it is and lend me a helping hand to get started! Thank you

Indeed savage. Might want to change that cooling head. Appears to be a possible marine head mire than likely a shaved stock head for racing. It may overheat on extended runs.
