what do you guys thibk about the lightning stadium pro truggy? i have a guy who says his is a freak and wants to trade for my upped revo.. are they any good? i wanna be a competitive racer

pass! While it was one of the very first purpose built out of the box truggies, it's a pain in the ass. They take a lot of effort to be competitive. I had one for a very short time, hated it and couldn't wait to get rid of it.

Ok, I'll be blunt, if you dress a turd up in a tuxedo, it's still, with fancy clothes and all, a TURD. It doesn't matter what it's upgraded with it's outdated and outperformed by just about every top truggy on the market today. Here's my truggy progression:
LSP-R-->Mugen MSR X5T--->CRT Pro--->Mugen MBX5T
The MSR wasn't that great as it was a conversion but it was still better than the purpose built LSP. Outside of weighing a ton and not turning worth a poop the LSP has way too much bling. Aluminum parts everywhere that are not only expensive to replace but tend to break other things that would normally just give if they were plastic. Trust me on this one, it will more than likely leave a sour taste in your mouth. What's your budget? What have you researched?
