its a shock spring spacer, used to make your spring more stiffer.

+ 2 Shock spacer's.. You clamp the clips into the shocks to stiffen-up your spring's

+3^^^^ when i bought new stock shocks for the tmaxx i received 4 bags full of different sized ones. You need some more let me know.
