Hey what happened to the Free Engine Mod thread? Was it just a load of B/S?? I was looking at it and refreshed the page to see if anyone else had relied to it and it was gone.............

Talk all you want - the member as banned for not following the site rules, I had warned him before head and he replied by posting another 4 posts regarding his business.

OK, though I'm just guessing there probably isn't much more to be said on this one, that's too bad though, if his work is as good as the reviews I had read a free mod job would have been great, but reguardless everyone still has to play by the rules! Whew! That's good, I know sometimes things can be easily taken out of context and fights get started, I did however receive an e mail from wicked starteing that he would still do the free engine mod if I was still interested........what do you guys think? Should I go for it (he claims the stock HPI 25 showed a 10 - 20% increase through the entire RPM range) or leave it alone? I'd hate to send in my mill only to be burned if he is upset about being banned from RCNT.

Me personally, I wouldnt send my mill ANYWHERE for something to be done for FREE.

Just me though.

Just my .02 cents but I agree with Chris. It sounds like he's looking for some "test" engines more then anything, but like I said thats just me.

Road Rage, do you really want to send this guy your perfectly good engine? Nobody here has heard of him before, he's got no references and nothing to back up what he claims. Like said before, I think he was looking for some practice....

i dont know about you, but you really can't get something for free without some kind of twist. i rely on my own skills unless i see the person doing it myself.
