Oh, dude. I hope a replacement motor mount can be found. And no mention of the part being broken in the listing?🤔😞
No. But in his defence it's not very visible when in situ. He's not the og owner too.

I found a few minutes after getting home today to break down the MBX6 further.

The chassis top side cleaned up well apart from the droop screw wear.
As I mentioned previously the underside is quite worn, but still usable. Just doesn't look pretty.

I haven't managed to find a new one(E0415) in Australia and the couple I've found overseas are too expensive, not even including shipping.
All else fails, I'll reuse it.

Front diff is clean and smooth, as the rear is.

Once the motor mount was removed, I noticed that the adjusting mounting plate has a piece broken off, were one of the securing screws goes through. It'll need to be replaced.

I haven't managed to find one anywhere. The later model mounts are different.

Can I ask you guys to please keep a look out for me?
Part # E0187B for the plate or E0187 for the complete mount.

Got the two searches saved on ebay. If I see something I'll snag it up before you get a chance to buy it, then I'll sell it to ya for twice as much 😅😉

Will keep ya posted. One will turn up.

You sadist. You would laugh at my misery. 😉😂🤣🤣

That buggy surely has more parts out there than my XXX SCT does, so I'm sure stuff will turn up. You could do like Littlemotor and buy up a few sliders for parts cars.

I have considered this but I haven't found any locally.

That looks like a nitro mount
Oh derr. I started searching and by the time that popped up I was already thinking this was Nitro again.

You can use the MBX7 mount. Requires a bit of modification, but is a common maneuver for the 6 Eco.

Thanks. Just had a quick look and can't find a MBX7 mount either. E2122. I'll look a bit deeper later.

Yepper. I wanna say the mount itself requires no work, but the radio tray/box does. -or- just use the stuff from the MBX7…

Awesome buggy, I have the newer version and it handles like a dream.
You going to race it or just use as a basher.?
Basher. There's not really a racing scene here. Not locally.

I only use mine as a basher too.. :hyperbuggy:
You'll love it once it's up and running trust me, this isn't a heavy badly handling Typhon 😂 you'll only need a 4s battery and I guarantee it's faster than any 6s buggy you may already own..!!
I love mine, only problem is, it's so expensive I always feel guilty when I'm bashing the hell out of it.!! 🤣 drive it like you stole is my driving style..

Yes I've noticed the parts are expensive plus the shipping costs on top are ridiculous. And being that it's discontinued and parts are rare, the sellers know what they have. $$

But it's good quality and I'm looking forward to putting it together.
