Thanks for serving!

Freedom isn’t free. Thank you and much love and respect to all those who have fought and served… past and present. Never forgotten and Never forget. Our freedom is granted by the lives of real hero’s. Appreciation to all the men and women of our armed forces.

Thanks to everyone for their service! I gave a little extra recognition for the members who served in Vietnam and were treated entirely incorrectly when they came home. When I got back from Iraq in March 2004 we were warmly greeted by dozens of grateful Americans in Bangor, ME at 2 AM in the airport...and that wasn't even our final destiniation. All of us OIF/OEF veterans know you guys paved the way for us being treated with respect.

As for me, Active Duty Army Field Artillery Radar Operator, 2002-2005, OIF1 Vet with 1st Bde 4ID, and then some reserve time.

Thanks to all the vets for their service! :thumbs-up:

I was an active duty enlisted Navy Journalist from 1982-1986, USNR-TAR, serving at the Naval Air Facility, Washington DC. After my active duty enlistment, I did a couple of years in the reserves attached to the SeaBees... RNMCB-12 ("Yankee Battalion") out of Davisville, RI. (My reserve center was in upstate NY).
