Well I bought an item off of Ebay, the seller says he used USPS Parcel Post, but the item hasn't come. USPS says that it should take 2-7 days to get here, but it's been almost 10 days (excluding weekends) that it hasn't been here. How long should it take for it to get here? The seller says that he can't find the receipt, but his feedback is all 100% and he's probably getting at least 3 feedback a week.

Hey When i ordered a truck and he shipped with Parcel it tokk three weeks for some odd reason dont know i fhe sent it late or what but maybe idk jus giv it time with that feedback he should be okay. Hope it gets there soon!

Oh okay. It's almost the 2nd week anyways so I'll have to wait. I just don't like how Parcel works though. I would've been glad to pay more for it to be shipped faster.

Yeah no joke i offered t pay more when i bought mine but he wanted to stick with his way that he said worke forever.. you know it as well as i know it when you buy something you want it then if not 2 minutes later...:) lol... yeah just give it time. and push to get that receipt

parcel post can take forever, I ordered some books on eBay and they were shipped parcel, took almost a month to get them

Oh okay. I'll just explain to the guy that it does seem to take a very long time than USPS says. This package is going across the US so yeah, it'll take a while. He should've kept that receipt though.

where's it coming from and going to? UPS usually isn't that bad. He may have not sent it off right away, so you might want to keep pestering him about it. Even tho' he's got great feedback, you never know. Since he doesn't have a receipt I guess that means you can't call UPS and track it, which sucks.

Hopefully you get it soon.

I just bought something for a guy who is in Millbrae, California and i live in Tucson, AZ. on the 14th of July...I talked to the post office they said it would take around 7-10 days...If they would have sent it UPS i would have it by now:angry:

Yeah, I like UPS more. The guy never said anything about shipping when I bought it, it only said Standard Flat Rate Shipping. Oh, it's coming from Pennsylvania to California.

The only way they can get off the island though is by air, and Parcel, I believe, is just basically ground shipping by USPS car. Since Hawaii is an island, I would believe that it got to you by air.

PA to CA should take 7 - 10 days... Something's wrong if you haven't gotten it yet.

Be a pest and start making serious phone calls if you are able to.

It's always a crap shoot with either Post Office or UPS, but for summer shipping, it shouldn't be a problem. It's during the holiday season where things get really muffed up.

Yeah, I use parcel post sometimes, mostly on ebay when I don't know who it's going to and it's something big. I usually cover the upgrade to priority for the members here. I've shipped lots with parcel post and its usually there in 4 to 5 days. I've learned not to get worked up just because something takes over a week, because even when the postal service is slow, the people that I've dealt with have almost always done what they said they would. But I am kind of particular about who I deal with, so that probably has something to do with it.
