The natural lay of the upper arm in relation to the "C" hub is pictured below. With a little force it will fall into place. But, shouldn't it align better than it does ? The other side is the same way.

I think mine does that also..But from the pic, it looks like your front support brace is a little tweaked!!

It does look a little bent but it's fine. Must be from the angle of the pic. I think it has something to do with my lower suspension hinge pin holder. There are different degree settings, and I think I have it at set for max angle (lots of caster).

Got it !! Yup, had the lower suspension hinge pin holders set up for 10 degrees vice 6 degrees. But, I found something else I had in the wrong position. The allen head bolt that goes through the top of the "C" hub into the knuckle has a collar underneath it. The collar is supposed to be between the "C" hub and the knuckle itself. Not between the bolt head and the "C" hub.

I see what you mean. I just replaced my c-hubs and should have cought that. Guess I did'nt look at the pic to well. Glad you got it figured out.

The pic shows 10 degrees of caster but it only rotates the "C" hub assembly and lower arm back. A better design would allow everything to rotate back together. Anyways, I put it back to 6 degrees and the upper arm falls right into place.
