upgrade rs2 racer or rs4 3 evo

If you have about 50~100 dollars to upgrade a car for racing, what would it be?

Rs4 2 racer

or

RS4 3 evo

Lets just say both cars have the same engine, 2 speed trans, and tuned pipe


I'm just looking for something that will allow me to be compettive on the track, not necessarily win races.

racer2, not as durable as the shaft car but is lighter and more ballanced.

I was thinking along the same lines to. However, I also noticed that some of the intermediate/advanced cars are shaft.

Anyway, I have one vote for the rs4 -2 any other opinions?

Id vote for the Rs4 2... I think the belt driven whips tend to race on road better in controlled conditions. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
