so i just got a jato 3.3 off a guy it runs well everything is good to go but my steering is reversed is it a wiring problem?

Should be as simple as flicking a switch. Don't know where on that TX but there should be a switch on it somewhere to reverse the steering.

on the truck? or controler?

On the controller/(TX)/transmitter. I believe there's like 2 switches in front of the steering on the controller. 1 is for the TB/throttle brake and the other is for steering.
