Everything on the car is water resistant
You understand the HUGE difference betwern water resistant and water PROOF? Correct?
EVERY r/c electronics manufacturer makes this difference ABUNDANTLY clear.

NOT the same unfortunately.

I would break it down.
1. Go through the steps of re-calibrating your ESC. It tells you how to do this in the maual. If the problem persists, move to the next step.
2. Unplug or try another serve. See if everything runs fine. If it does, then your servo is pulling more amps than it should.
3. If you are still having problems, try a different receiver, maybe even the stock one just to rule it out.
4. If none of these resolve the problem, you most likely have a bad ESC.

Yes everything got wet but everything is ok for that
These guys are pretty saavy at trouble shooting. They are not disagreeing with you just to be argumentative, this is not facebook. Water resistant pretty much is only an advertising ploy. It does not stop moisture from affecting electronics.

I agree with the above suggestions. Check all connections to check and see if you have a short or loose connection. Then start ruling out one part at a time.

We are here to help if you want it, but we can only offer advice, it's up to you if you want to follow it.
