Hi all,
New to the forum. I recently bought my grandson and I Typhons with the 2 in 1 ESC's. Since I'm old with not the best dexterity, I'm finding it hard to control. I was thinking that if I got a transmitter with the ability to adjust expo, that I might be able to dial in something easier for me to drive. It seems like I'm very limited on transmitters that would work with this ESC. Any suggestions?
Thanks

Welcome to the forum! I'm not too familiar with the arrma 2 in 1s, but I am pretty sure the spektrum isxr or similar can connect to that esc receiver combo, and that would allow you to dial in expo. It is super duper expensive though. You could also get the radio master MT12, which can connect to any protocol receiver, and has all the functionality you could ever want. Super steep learning curve though.

Any of the higher end Spektrum TXs with the dual protocol firmware should and will be able to link up with the 223s 2in1 esc.
That's if you want to stick in the horizon eco system
Or, you can get a radiomaster mt12 with the 4in1 module with open tx. It has a wide range of protocols that it can bind to. I believe SLT is one of them
Or the best budget option, would be to ditch the 2in1 and replace it with a similar esc like a hobbywing quickrun 120 WP, and get your own Rx/tx combo separately. I'd recommend Flysky. GT3 or GT5 radios for the sub 80 dollar range.
