Has anyone out there swapped in a TRX4 ESC into an Axial SCX10? The only battery I have right now is the Traxxas 2 cell 5800MAH that I’ve been using in my TRX4 and I wanna keep using the same batteries across platforms.
Many thanks

Welcome to the Forums.

As @DavidB1126 said it's easier to change the ESC connector than the change ESC. $5 and a soldering iron will solve that issue. The local hobby store can probably make that change too.

If you don't know which connector to get, the Female side gives power and the Male side receives it. It's very patriarchal isn't it. 🤔

If you don't want to cut wires and solder, the adapters do work, but they also come unplugged. It's extra wires and extra stuff to worry about. Not my favorite but they work.... mostly. They are better for charging.

Another option is to get the right battery. Most Traxxas chargers can accommodate a standard LiPo; however, you will need an adapter for that.

I "think" this is the right adapter. Check my math before you buy it.
