Tranny meltdown....

Will anybody ever make a full metal gearset? I don't like the idea of half metal, and half plastic gears..

I doubt it. Esciecially now that the T-Maxx is basically playing backup to the Revo. I think the amount of people that need that much reinforcement in the tranny are few and far between. Like myself, est. 5.4 HP versus the stock 1.3. you can still get all metal but you gotta shop around and mix and match a little. you won't get all Steel but you can still do better than the stock stuff.

There was a company called OTB that made full aluminum, or at least for the two speed gears, but they quit making them or went out of business. I looked and looked for a year a couple years ago and that was all I found then.
