I've been upgrading my rustler vxl. what is the cheapest way to track spees. I have been using my galaxy s2. Expensive fix if i crash.

download gps speedometer app its very accurate i used it yesterday on my s3. I have an otterbox so i wasn't to worried about it but i wrapped my phone in a washcloth and put zip ties around it to hold the rag on then zip tied the wrapped phone to my rig. ran the tank out then checked my max speed

I have ulysse speedometer n speed lite. TQ1 would be great i have a droid. Telemetry only works with iphone, ipod. I thought. Ill check out gps speedometer. I have an old tom tom anyone know if i can use it. I can't figure it out...

Find a used Hot Wheels radar gun and use it to check your speed. You can also measure the distance of your course and use a stopwatch old school style...

True. Old school requires distance into time x some #. Or something... Cheap gps it is. Thanks..again!!
