Back for another dose of my stupid questions..

Is This what I should use to make linkages?
Or maybe This? I need it threaded on one end, but is this the right stuff to use?

I'm just using it to make a different throttle linkage for my savage.
I don't like the one I have and I am starting from scratch, so I guess size isn't a big deal to me

The size refers to the thread of the ball connector it goes into, but if you're not using them you can go to any hobby shop, art supply store or hardware store and ask for piano wire. Just make sure you pick a size that will go through your servo arm smoothly. Practice making your Z-bends or get a pair of pliers that make them for you.

You might also want to look into these push rod connectors. You won't have to bend the rod and they move without binding.

I'm kinda basing my idea off of the linkage NCnitro made, but with small differences.

That piano wire is a good tip!
Thanks for your help!

I don't know if it would work with the stock roll bar, but I made mine to stay in a safer place. Same thing, but with ball ends and fuel tubing covering a threaded rod.

I seen that and like the idea, but like you said I don't thin it will work with the roll bar I have.

I have the nylon roll hoop and It is pretty much right in line with the way your linkage is going.

I'll play with it and see what I can come up with..
