You haven't been here long enough to see the abuse I get for cleaning and waxing my rigs.

Wow great work detailing her! What a gorgeous rig, you've developed a mental issue called RCOCD ;) it's not fatal but it is permenent. after i get these new tires i am going to buy a shell and have it custom painted by my buddy who does tattoos.

okay she has been totally rebuilt and i can promise that there is no dirt, ANYWHERE! All differentials have been cleaned and i put in new oil in them. every thing is looking good and i am heading out for some engine tuning.View attachment 15076

Sounds good, I was looking into carbon fibre dipping my whole body shell, then I was going to add electric tape stripes.

Okay, now try to KEEP it that way. Not only can I help with your tune-up, but I can recommend cleaning products and wax.
Now don't turn any more newbies to the "dark-side" or should I say "waxed-side"-no innuendo intended.

Thanks. One more part needed and that's the servo/Receiver box in either bright silver or orange anodized. Another $95 for that piece, but I think that should do it.
By the way, I now get bulk discounts from Turtle Wax for purchasing in the 55 gallon drum size.

okay so to continue on with the throttle problem i originally had... the buggy has driven good for the last few times but today after tuning it in for a few minutes it was stalling on the idle again. the front clutch bearing had broken and siezed onto the crank shaft so everything was turning together. i got it apart and will be buying a bearing kit from my LHS and a new clutch just for fun. i will post the upgrade soon.

Damn. Well at least it was just a bearing. What clutch kit are you gonna get?
