Find the manual and search for trim adjustments. Since it's digital and i don't own it i can' help you more than that. Your engine may also be tuned lean

Welcome to the RCT fun house...
Sounds like your throttle trim isn't set properly. Here's a link for the manual for the TX. https://www.manualslib.com/manual/787388/Spektrum-Dx2s.html#product-DX2S
Your throttle trim is on top of steering wheel to the left. Pic of it below..
And the servo was centered again. When you installed the new RX. Sometimes they can become off center with upgrading your TX and RX.
