Thoughts on a Traxxas Rustler 4x4 on 6s?

lol, I just realized I am on that thread. would a sidewinder 8th work for 4s though?

I am currently running it on 3s. Only thrown one drive shaft and the front left arm. I upgraded the front arms to rpm. It started as a Traxxas Rustler 4x4 w/lights which is brushed and I swapped the gearing the first day that I got it. It has a 19 tooth pinion and a 50 tooth spur. I also swapped the motor and esc for a Spektrum Firma 85 amp 3300kv combo. I just got a vxl 3s combo for $80 on OfferUp. It’s pretty damn fast.

the my only main 3 cell is a 3500kv in a losi 8 buggy vxl is a quicker rc setup. but dying to see 8 cell carnage.do way more 4 cell death runs

The ESC will work. You will probably tear up stuff faster on 4S tho.
