Hey, poop happens.... I can't even count how many screwdrivers I've lost on job sites in a year.... lol

It's a hoax. Did anyone else notice this:

That's not the same pair of scisors. Hell, that's not even the same part of the body.
 
The second pic looks like a pair of forcepts, and is in the upper chest cavity (probably heart surgery. It's probably a stock photo they found to add drama to the story, and being reporters just put it in there w/o knowing the difference.
 
Dude Can't even begin to tell you how many times I have seen this all over my local news at all. Watch it two times last night and heard about it three times this morning lol gotta be real.
 
The comment about it being a hoax was a jab at the media (due to their use of obviously worng pix). I'm sure it is real, and it probably happens all the time. I just thought it was funny that the media (the news page that I got those pix from) was so obviously wrong. It'd be like someone selling an F-150 and the pic in the paper is of a Silverado.
