It holds 100 psi until it vents air to prevent it from exploding. The gauge is overkill for what its purpose is. It’s only a 3 gallon tank. I have a much bigger one in my garage, but it trips the breaker whenever I plug it in, lol.180psi? Pfft
I shoot high pressure airguns. This is my compressor and carbon fiber air tank setup. At, maximum capacity, that tank holds over 4000psi!View attachment 138663
