A place to post pics and videos of shooting.

Earlier today I was letting my son practice with the .22. The can was 20 yards out and he hit it 3 out of 6 shots, not bad for his second time shooting a pistal....Really good considering it has a fixed iron sight up front and no rear sight!

Tut tut tut. Guns kill

Wow. What an idiot statement bud.

Guns don't kill people, people kill people.

If guns kill people, then pencils misspell words.
If guns kill people, then cars make people drive drunk.

And food makes people fat...........silliest thing I've ever heard.

Not to mention, most intelligent people wouldn't even use a gun if they were going to do the deed. Hell, you might as well leave your ID behind at the scene in that case, because ballistics tests will trace it back to you anyway if it's a registered firearm, which all of mine are.

Weapons that are owned and used by mature, responsible people are just as safe as the block of knives in the kitchen. Nobody is scared to go in the kitchen now are they?

Not to mention, shooting is a great sport. When I was about the age of the little guy above, it taught me things like patience, self discipline, and responsibility. Plus, I got to spend some great QT with my Dad and Grandad. I've been a gun owner since I was 7 years old (obviously, it was in my parents gun cabinet until I was old enough), and I always will own guns. I enjoy shooting, and even do some gun smithing of my own, which I got honestly from my Grandad.

Come on, lets not all talk BS. You guys in the states can own a gun as easy as I can own a fishing rod. I live in Northern Ireland where GUNS and the people connected to them kill people. GUNS are made to kill, pencils are made to write, popcorn is made to be eaten, ect ect.
How can a statement be ignorant ???
Anyway..... PEACE 

Bangor, what did you expect. Your statement was nothing more but a troll attempt. And it worked. I doubt you meant it to inform people who owned firearms as to what a firearm could do. Don't troll and then act innocent like you actually expected people to gasp and say "omg, your right, I never realized...."

And a statement can be ignorant. Your last post asking that is prime example where you attempt to draw parallels between owning a fishing rod and buying a firearm. If you truely believe this then yes you are ignorant of the laws.

I'm not going to pile on this guy....but really what an ignorant statement indeed. Like was said earlier.....guns dont kill people kill. A gun is just a tool like a hammer. If someone wants to kill they are going to do it with whatever they have available. It just pisses me off that people fear guns like they are the plague. I can set a loaded gun on the table and it is never going to kill on its own. It is always the third screw behind the butt plate that gives guns a bad name. To each their own opinion, but dont crap in a thread about an awesome, safe hobby that is and can be a wholesome family activity with a worthless guns are evil post!

I have a s&w M&p 40 full size as my daily carry weapon. Here is my mossberg 500 shooting a water jug. My fiancee carries a Walther PK 380 and I plan on getting a Norinco Mak 90 hopefully soon.
