Nice! My son has the Xbox one we got him 6 years ago and she is still trucking along! Wish they still made them like that.
Thanks, I also have a backwards compatible CECH-A01 PS3 that was made in October 2006 still running perfect after almost 20 years also cleaned her out, replaced the thermal paste and installed custom firmware with webman mod for fan control to help prevent the YLOD. My new Xbox 360 is a Jasper\Zeus model so it should be way less likely to get RROD i also used to have 2 Xbox One's an S model and an X model but got rid of both them since i didn't like the always online thing and how the X didn't properly support my 4K TV at the time.

Nick Wautlet of Wallie Builds (the dude that pulled that sick buggy whip in the video I posted a couple days back) I’ve been after some simple, small diff building stands for 1/8 off-road… :

Well, since Kyosho went and discontinued the awesome PureTen FW-06 I've been wanting, I picked up an FW-05 from eBay. Apparently, it 'needs servicing' as the eBay ad claims, but it 'looks' pretty good to me. Came fully loaded with a radio, servos, and some loose spare parts in a Tamiya FWD Mini Cooper box.

More to come - here's the best pic from the eBay ad:

Another thing for my Xbox 360 came in the mail today it's the wireless network adaptor. I'm still awaiting the new 500GB HDD and refurbishing supplies and parts to finish this project off next week. So hopefully by Christmas i'll have a fully refurbed and upgraded Jasper Xbox 360 to play for many years to come.

Is there an easy way to fix a CD/DVD-ROM that no longer seems to be 'recognized' by the XBox 360? Mine's been sitting for years, and when I fired it up, suddenly the CD/DVD-ROM is a No-Go. I only have a handful of games I actually like playing on it, so it doesn't get used hardly at all, but that was just a bummer for it to do that.

What model is yours? I might be able to help.

Taobao order from YCC. From what I can tell, they scored the tooling for some of the B4/B5-era Associated vehicles. All of this was literal pennies on the dollar versus the vintage market, especially considering I have to pay overseas shipping rates on both.

New "ASCRACING" SC10 body, pre-cut. Very happy with the thickness of the lexan. Full sheet of body detail stickers, and a full sheet of knock-off branding.

SC10B roll-cage parts, and other assorted bits.

The anti-roll bar set looks pretty nice.

The gear diff case is an... interesting colour.

Slipper pads feel quite rubbery, not sure I love that. We'll see when I get around to trying them out.

Overall, great success.

Nice!!! Looks like very high quality stuff, and the body looks even cleaner than what I regularly get from the “top dogs” over here. I’ve seen composite parts that cosmoline shade before.. It’s been a few decades, but they were a quality material for sure. I wanna say they were Schumacher, or Yokomo.. Could’ve even been Custom Works.. 🤔

Yeah, I'm pretty impressed. Nice to know that the gear diff case might actually be good.

I found YCC on Australian eBay, where someone was selling "SC10B" kits that were just the cage + body on a B5-era chassis. Grabbed a body kit, saw the branding, finally found them on Taobao.

Yessir-was definitely a common hue of certain composites on the high end vehicles in the late 80’s-early 90’s.. 😎

Killer! Looks like definitely a good find!
