Another iPhone update that has turned my camera into an F’ing potato-greeeeeeat …

More stoked about these two dudes than annything else. Been searching hard for equivalent, or better than my 30+ year old Plano boxes for 1/8 off-road hardware storage. I’m not a fan of massive bins, and shelving taking up a ton of real estate on my bench, and these look to be perfect for my needs. I’ll be ordering another pair since getting my hands on ‘em, and giving them the once over/seal of approval..

What's up with the GLITTER tho!!!

Are those box compartments tight enough for washers etc or still need bags for the tiny stuff?

They look pretty cool! I'd love to hear how they perform in real life use!!!

Yeah yeah… HARDWARE boxes.. Don’t have any crawler tools that would fit into these tiny compartments..

Th “glitter” is Spectral 008 metal flake. Grabbed it for some paintwork I’m doing. Came highly recommended by a fella who knows far more about the subject matter than muhseff..

The containers’ individual compartments have been my main concern for the past 30+ years. I cannot stand when shims, or thin washers end up in other bins. -or outside altogether.. Deal breaker for literally countless containers now.

Not only are these compartments completely separate from one another (no silly BS “interchangeable” partitions), but the lids actually are DESIGNED to not allow parts to slip past. Now obviously if you beat the F out of ANYthing-you can surely get it to fail, but I’m very happy with the solution here.

I’m sure the plastic will slowly wear over time, but I think they’ll see many, many years of use without me talking smack every time I go to use them.. For the price, and the initial first impressions-they cannot be beat IMO, and I’m hard to please with some things for sure.

OMFG!!! the e clips ALWAYS end up in the washers and the job takes 3 times as long!!!
I actually keep most if my shims, washers... in little screw together (jewlery) bead organizers. They work ok but not ideal.
Ok, so yeah, the HARDWARE BOXES sound like winners for sure!

Cool but how did they get 200 tires in those little baggies??? Gotta add water or spray them with WD40 and the grow to full size???

I feel ya man-sometimes it’s nice to just sit down and go to work without taking 37 photos every 17 seconds.. It’s not like I’d really be contributing anything most members haven’t seen from my camp already, ya know?

Your stuff looks good, and is fun to follow-I try to react, and comment when I see it.

I definitely appreciate the kind words, and like I said-I haven’t decided really one way or the other on this one, so we’ll cross that bridge when we get to it.
