I didn't read it, but I think there is a write-up in the newest RC Driver magazine on the Mayhem.

this review gave the buggy a big thumbs up. the guy actually tried to break it and couldnt. it was this review actually that inspired me to buy a buggy. granted, it wasn't a mayhem, but the writer seemed to have so much fun i had to try one too.

So you're sayin he drove it WOT into a brick wall and it didn't break? The ultimate test will be when one of the trilordy guys get ahold of one.

haha, amen to that. i dont know exactly what he did to try to break it, but he mentions that he did and was surprised he didnt. read the article if you get the chance, it was pretty good.

Buy the Mayhem. Horizon Hobby would not choose to ditribute a crappy car, or a poor performing car, everything they carry has a good rep. The PCR is nice, but it just doesn't seem in the top category like the MBX5 and K2 or K3 or K4.6999 remainder 12.

Yea, and if something breaks I'm sure they'll replace it for free. On my Mini-T they replaced ALL the electronics for free cause mine wern't working right. And they sent me another set of X-tals for free for no reason and they knew that my stock pair was working fine! The only reason I say electronics is because that's all Horion's cust. service does on the mini-t and Losi does the rest. I spoke to this one guy and he was super nice, his name was like shannen or sumthin.

And yea, I agree that horizon can't afford to make a crappy car.

Horizon has always been good to me for ordering parts. If I order from them, they ship same or next day. The only problem as of late is their stock on a lot of GS stuff, but I can't exactly blame Horizon for all of it.

I've ordered about 6 times from them and I always got my order fast and correctly. I've heard that they have good replacement policies from more then a few people. Even if you can only get parts online for this buggy, I'd still buy it with confidence knowing that any part I need would be at my doorstep within four days.

No, the MP 7.5 Sport RTR has one, so does the storm RTR. And that's just all the buggies w/ high torque servos that I can remeber off the top of my head.
