I'm pretty sure I'd have to build an RC sand ladder dispenser to do that. :P

What about four linear actuators with a tilting mechanism? Rotate them from horizontal to vertical then lower them until the mower wheels are off the ground, then tilt them back to move the entire mower backwards out of the holes. They'd have to be spaced out no further than the drive wheels though or I wouldn't be able to get into my backyard or close enough to mow areas around my house, fence, ramp, sheds, and other such things.
I think before I did all that I would look into 1 of the nice rc lawn mowers.

so what your say
I think they do. I had to call for help one day when my last mower's transmission melted when I was mowing the front yard. Yup, my last riding mower actually had a plastic transmission. That thing melted down the very first time we tried to use it, it took all summer to get replacement parts but it was fixed under warranty.

I also had to call them twice when I got stuck in the tub. The first time was the day I found out my muscular dystrophy had gotten bad enough that I couldn't get out of the tub. The second time was when one of the gears of the tub lift I bought after getting stuck the first time had stripped out. That was the second tub lift in two years to fail, the first one had a manufacturing defect which allowed water to get into the motor. So I changed brands of tub lifts and haven't been stuck since.

So, except for three medical emergencies I've had to call for help four times since 2005 when I bought my house.
so what you're saying is, they don't have to worry about job security
