What did I ever do to you? LOL
Yeah, I’m sorry. I shouldn’t do it. Just one more though.

Me, every time I see another Cisco pre-auth code exec…

seems like every job we have right now i have to do because the boss literally can't.
can't prep anything for pouring cause he doesn't know how.
can't mix and pour the epoxy because ADHD, it's to slow of a process that involves semi attention to detail for about 30 minutes.
once the epoxied parts come out of the oven he can't take the mold apart cause again, attention to detail (about screw removal), won't patch the epoxy, won't sand the patches, won't paint the parts. but will grab them at the very end, while the paints still wet to put the labels on and box them up to ship. cause God forbid they ship tomorrow after the paint has dried.
can't run the CNC cause hitting the keyboard with a hammer doesn't magically cause the CNC to instantly spit out exactly what you need.
he's not going to finish anything he's running around like a squirrel on fire starting right now. but its got to go out the door today (no its really doesn't he just thinks it does because someone ordered it 20 minutes ago)
and God know what else he'll start because he's got nothing productive to do. but whatever it is, you can bet you ass I'm going to have to finish it.
this is one of those days what i just want to spike he tea with adderall.

@Suburban_Hooligan If yours is like mine, he always interrupts in the middle of a job for an emergency, then miaculously has a phone call he needs to take when the actual work begins. Then when you finish the rush job, that couldn't wait for me to finsh the 30 minute job I was in the middle of, the rush job sits in the way for three days, before the customer comes to get it.

18 inches of snow in 3 days and now its -30.... I've been pushing snow for 3 days with a buddy for 16+ hours a day and I smoked my neighbors fence with a 900lb V-plow trying to get the alley behind my house driveable so people could get to work.... it doesn't look like there is damage? But, well see once the snow melts. I may be buying a fence this summer. I'm not supper happy with myself about that. lol

This storm has taught me a lot. The people in this town that are the most "vocal" about how other people should help on social media, are the least helpful people in the time of crisis and are useless.

about sums up 95% of social media in general but *especially* reddit, that place seems to be filled with clueless teenagers who shouldn't get involved in things they haven't a clue about

Lol! My neighbors used to get angry because I had the audacity to own a plow and not plow the entire street for free.
My Dad plowed out from many feet of snow for the entire street after the blizzard of 78. He hit a garage door HANDLE with a John Deere 544... almost went to court over. There was plenty of drama.

THAT is why I won't plow out your houses kids! 😉👍🙄

One person asked us to plow their entire road to their driveway after I pushed their car down to a plowed area for them. Not even a thank you… I told them $50 and we’d plow the road. They angrily told me they don’t have $50 to their name and acted like we were price gouging… cool, enjoy walking. Keep in mind this was over a foot of snow, up hill and it was a 2 lane road. There wouldn’t be a single person on this planet that would’ve done it for that cheap.

Reddit is a literal echo chamber for a certain demographic of people. Sad part is they aren’t teenagers and are “functioning” adults. It’s just proof that education =/ intelligence.

what i deal with is being pulled off a job to start something so he has something to do. then he'll do the first 30% of it and leave it for me to finish. so at the end of the day iv got everything to finish while he almost does jumping jacks over in shipping to get everything out the door. or continues to pile jobs on that he wants out the door same day. OMG, someone just ordered 4 at 2:37, UPS shows up at 3:15, yeap, that's getting rushed out same day. which is why i do more work between 1:30 and 4:00, than i do between 8:00 and 1:00.
my favorites are when the job is just someone who called for a quote. we have to rush it, then it sits in shipping for 4 days before he calls them back telling them we never received the purchase order only to be told they weren't ordering them, there customer just wanted a quote. so it goes into stock. then the next time someone orders one we make a new one. cause chaos.

It sounds like from all your posts, that you need to update your resume.

Been unintentionally breaking Pez dispensers on accident while trying to load the candy 😑 I think I’m better off just taking a few rolls of candy with me and put them in my pocket for the day instead. I care more about the candy rather than the dispenser anyways 😛

The candy is the best part for sure!

I hope you are saving all those broken dispensers! You can install the heads as drivers in your RCs!!! 😎😉👍

Hey that’s a good idea! 😎 I feel like the dispensers are more of a collectable more than its intended purpose nowadays anyways. I really just care about the candy haha 😂

Vlog style

That doesn't look like a bad door, but I've installed a bunch of them and never seen stripped hinge bolts on any that I have removed. But I would pull one hinge completely off and look in the holes to see what is going on. There should be a metal plate insude the door. It's thin, folded sheet metal, so it will strip out easily. You could try going to the next size bigger self tapping screw, but you will likely have to drill out the hinges. Or, if there us enough material in there you could try stuffing the holes with a two part epoxy putty and drill and tap them for machine screws. But leaving them like they are is just going to do more damage and lead to an eventual failure and panel replacement.

If nothing else, those hinges don't necessarily have to be installed in that exact spot. You may be able to shift over 1/2" and drill new holes and still be in the bracing metal inside the door panel. Careful though. If you go through just the thin aluminum into fiberglass or foam insulation you're going to have a new peep hole to the outside world because you'll shoot right through both sheets of aluminum 😉

Thanks for the reply.

I actually reached out to the manufacturer and they suggested the same thing. They also told me it was shipped out Sept 2021 which is when warranty started which means come this September it's done.

I reached out to the distributor to find out where it started life.
