Looks like it’s far enough away from the sidewall it could be patched. Tighten the screw up, put some air in the tire and bring it a tire shop. $50 later and it’ll be good as new

Yea we're gonna take it to the shop tomorrow. If it can't be patched I got a spare tire in the shed.
