I understand that feeling. I did a "We need it now" 4'x8' sign two weeks ago, it's still sitting here waiting to be picked up. It irritates me because it's in the way. I want to tell them they will incur a storage fee if they don't pick it up pronto, but the boss won't let me.

No storage fee. Just a big sign in the office that says no items will be held after 10 days. 😉

We do a lot of that too. Super fun right?
I'm cutting 36 of the stupid things. it wouldn't be a big deal if the bit didn't clog up with melted plastic. so i have to cut them one at a time and wipe off the bit after every cut. occasionally having to run the same cut file (cut the same label) over. if it wasn't for that i could walk away and go do something else, instead I'm stuck here babysitting it.

Slow your RPM down?

i tried that. it helped but didn't solve the problem. i went from cutting 2 lines at a time to cutting a whole plate. whatever its done. i made 36, i shouldn't have to worry about it for another 3 years or so.
Next time, try increasing the feedrate then. I milled tons of plastic. Delrin, nylon, pvc, polycarbonate, etc. If it's gawling on the tool, it's typically a feed and speed issue. People think you need 30,000 rpm. You dont. Slower is much better. Depending on the tool size, we were producing aluminum type finishes at RPM's less than 7500, with a pretty heavy feedrate. Keep a spray bottle handy if you don't have flood coolant. Give it a squirt of plain old water every couple minutes, though coolant will work better.

walked out my front door thinking I'm forgetting something. yeap, my sunglasses. its raining now, but idk what it'll be like at 4pm. my commute home could suck considering I'm driving west 75% of the time. sun glair right now is killer.
Check on top of your head! I lose my glasses there a lot! 🤣

Today sucks, liquid diet today, Colonoscopy tomorrow. Colonoscopy, no biggie, the prep tonight, no fun. :(
What flavor colon-blow did they give you? 🤣
At least Mrs. Doom will have to stop saying you're full of sh!t!!! 🤣

Mixes with Gatoraid, I picked orange. And another bottle of crap remover that is lemon flavored. Thought I'd go for for that citrus fresh feeling. 🤣
