Lol it was meant for it the be florescent orange fading in to black but I forgot that if I did that the orange will be dark lol. Oh well.....it all crashes the same lol

Okay, Neal. You know how I roll--I call everything as I see it. I changed out the venturi to 7mm largest I had and put an 086 on it.

Two words. Oh my. My son opened it up at the track and then let me bash it afterward. It screamed like a freaking maniac. I think the moment after I popped, and then RODE a wheelie was my epiphany. I can ride wheelies in Savage all day....but a truggy???

The crazy part....the needles are out (that's right...OUT from flush). Temps in the 210's. For a crazy bump box italian whatever truggy engine....Deeeyaaaaaam! ;-)

I like 'em. I still can't believe the needle settings. Kept thinking somehing was wrong---but it lifts that truggy alright. And it's running stock-shoe. Can't wait to put M2C 4-shoe in it. Still looking for that EB pipe. Putting that 053 in my Savage good old American engine!!

This is it. Tomorrow is race day and I'm hoping more nitro buggy come out to play. The rc8.2 is ready and the novarossi is ready to scream! Lets see how she handles!

Good luck! How has it handled thus far? Have you been able to drive it okay? I remember reading an article a while back (it was by one of the Ryans....I think Cavaleiri) where he provided good tips/setup to tame the vehicle for club-racers while they gain experience with it. I'll try to find it and send your way.

Are you sticking with that 053 on your P5? I'm throwing 053 on my Savage (F4.6) this afternoon to test it out. Not sure how I'll mount it but the header looks like it will just barely fit.

Lol I've been taking my time on the break in part. Shes ready to be tuned now for sure. So sunday will be the first run.
