Tc3 pull start cable replacement

I just got a hpi racing pull start. Do you guys think this will fit my original ae .15 engine?
This does have 3 screws and the tc3 has 4

I would think yea sure. The screws have nothing to do with the fit of it. It can't hurt to try..

I’m going to try it out I kinda figured just wanted someone with maybe more experience. I did see someone a while ago had pictures of one on here

I don't think they are compatible, I believe HPI is bigger and the Hex adapter for the OWB is bigger too.

What type of motor this is? It looks like the .15 it might be the hpi evo I believe

You might actually have an HPI 3.0 engine. Does the engine says HPI or AE?
I think HPI has a black body while AE has a silver body.

It’s a AE
I tried starting it with my starter box but fly wheel wouldn’t turn

Maybe the OWB is in the wrong direction. Is the engine gummed up?
