was thinking about buying this model from a friend for a $100. I have two questions is this a good value? And how easy is it to get parts?
I have a xxx-nt with a .18 wasp engine and 20t clutch bell and a 50t spur gear, it really rips with street tires. Will i be happy with the Tamiya or should i just save up for a better grade product?

Its a good entry level unit. If you want one and its in good shape its better then nothing. If it needs an amount of work, you will be better off getting a new on. The cost will be the same.

well if your just going run it on the street for fun its a good car to get as long as it not all beat up and need work.

but if you are going to want to race it save up
