Thinking about making the jump to a 2.4 ghz radio. I read where the Tactic brand was a decent entry level system. Was wondering what the opinions were on a decent radio to control 8-10 rc's and if this was one of them. Have a guy offering me the radio and 4 receivers for $75.:)

I have the tactic on my nitro rusty. It works just fine for that. I like that it has a fail safe if you loose range. Good radio for the price. I have not had any issues with it so far and it has a good range.

Tactic radio's are a great entry level radio for sure. I purchased one for my father a few years back and he's had nothing but good luck with it. They are inexpensive and do a perfect job for basic needs.

Good enough for me. Are the receivers direct bolt ins?
