what does it take to convert aand what is cost besides the motor and esc .:D

Personally have no clue, but did some surfing on the matter and came up with a very logical quote from a Traxxas forum stating:
You can convert, but there are more things different than you realize. The E uses a different tranny, manual shifting, and has a beefier gear setup as well, it also doesn't have a reverse gear seeing as the ESC does this for you. Also, the E uses stringer drive shafts, and the differentials are made of stringer materials as well. simply put, the T drivetrain can't stand up to the E's torque. It is probably still less expensive for you to by a new or used E and transfer the parts over from your T than to buy the parts indivudually and convert. The new E can be bought from Tower for around $320 including shipping or you can get a used one off e-bay for under $200. Pieced out, to convert your T is as follows.

ESC-$125
Stock Chassis-$18
Pinion gears-$8
2 titan motors-$40
Differential setup F/R-$50
Transmission-$60
Spur gear-$6

That's $307 and still doesn't include everything you will need, so, as you can see, it makes much more economic sense to buy it as a whole and transfer parts. Either way, good luck.

I did it once using castles MM system. There is someone on the internet that sells motor mounts specifically to convert a t-maxx to electric. You might need to do some searching to find it. The drive line will also need to be beefed up.

Here's the link to the motor mount...http://www.how2rc.com/PULSO/Building%20Supplies.html

this is the appropriate forward only shaft for this as well.

you use this motor mount.
so basically were sitting at about $45 as far as the center shafts go, theres a million and one options available. and IF you do blow the diffs (shimming them will stop it from happening) just buy e bay chop shop diff set. the trick to this conversion is that you dont drop in some stupid Overpowered brushless setup. scale it to the truck.

most the info on the traxxas site is actually pretty garbage tbh, i rarely go there for info.

Lol thats weird, I have referred to the Traxxas forum about 6 times now and they have been spot on to what I need or what is wrong.
