switching to electric

hi , iv been into nitro for about a year now, but i just blew up one of my engines, is it possible to put an electric motor in? i know i would have to get an esc, but i want to use the buggy with an electric motor and keep my revo nitro....

IMO you are probably better off selling it and getting yourself a RTR electric. Even if you could modify the nitro to take electric, it would be cheaper just to buy new. Like I said that is my opinion.

I agree with msly you could list it on ebay and get a decent amount for it there are alot of people looking for nitro cars/trucks and then buy a electric on ebay. Another option list it here on the for sale/trade forum and just let everyone you want to trade your nitro for and electric and make sure that you have an asking price thats one of the rules,I found out by not doing that once. Anyway you might find some one here who will trade you or buy it off you. Trying to convert it would be difficult and probally exspensive you would probally have to have a motor mount made for the electric motor that alone could be costly. I hope you luck on getting what you want
