i saw this video on youtube on nitro tuning and wow, its the best video on tuning. i finally got my tmaxx to run perfectly. the guy who explains it goes into deeper detail of the symptoms of a rich/lean lsn/hsn. and also goes into detail on how a nitro engine works. i would skip ahead to the tuning part only because its a bit lengthy. but anyone whos struggling with tuning watch this

That was one of the single most helpful videos to me because it gets all the way down to why you turn the screws in one direction or the other, it really demystified the whole process to know the underlying mechanisms.

I think it should be added or stickied to the Nitro RC Beginners Guide, right after the tuning flowchart.
