I've had alook on my steering on my hyper 7, and it seems to have to much play on neutral. as in, the wheels move left and right about a cm or so, and the servo doesn't move, so theres somethings up with the steering linkage, I've heard there is this problem and it can be sorted out. how? or is it ok to have a little play? would be greatful for any help from you wonderful people!:hehe:

first thing to do is identify which part is sloppy.when the wheels turn does all the linkages to the same? figure out what part is sloppy and you will be able to fix it

Check all of your steering linkage ball ends as well as your bearings in your steering bell cranks for slop and wear...

it might be the settings on your controller look next to the steering and throttle trim adjustments you will see a small "nob" turn that clockwise and see if it makes a diffrence it might just be your steering rate

could be, tbh i am getting fed up with the hyper 7, its too hevey, I've spent over 1000 just on the car! I've had enough of it tbh lol, i might just get my self a losi 8 2.0 or a xray 808, both are very nice buggys. the only reason i chose the hyper 7 was becaus people recomended it for hardness. I've had it for 4 years...
