State Law that I Have to Get 30 Rigs?

Isn't it state law that if your radio can store 30 models, you  have to buy 30 rigs, right?

Well, if not, that's the argument I'm going to use with my wife!

I believe theres a bill in the senate right now that says once you fill your mandatory 30 slots then you are required to buy another 30 model memory radio
