yea my spur gear is wearing out really easy i wounding if i could get a metal one ?

Give a little more info for better assistance. IMO if your wearing the spur fast you have a problem that a metal gear will not help.

its weird tho i have it lose it wont go anywhere and i turn it once and it flyin down the street what is that problem and after a lil bit it wears the spur gear right out for no reason

Which rc do you have, what engine are you running, give all of the info on your set up.

Good way to test mesh is to take a strip of printer paper and stick it between bell and spur. Then push the engine as close as you can to the spur and tighten the screws. Pull the paper out and it should be meshed perfectly. (I find that the strips from a strip cut shredder work good.)

traxxas rustler that was a 1.5 upgraded it to a 2.5 and for the other guys ill try that

If the teeth are wearing out your mesh is off, if the center of the spur is wearing out you need new slipper pegs.

When you use paper to set the mesh be sure to check the paper after you pull it out...If the paper is torn or has holes the mesh is too tight.
