Ok, first off I'd like to say I did a search first and didn't come up w/ anything useful.

I need a good tire that works on all surfaces. At the track I'm going to be racing at, it has all types of surfaces, loamy, loose, hard-packed, ect. No pics of track available. The track owner says people have been using pins, big-lugs, knuckles, mug shots, ofna x='s, and dirtyharry's and a few others, and that no one has really settled on a tire yet tho.... The owner likes the ofna X='s best.
Here's the tires I'm considering:
X='s
knuckles 2.0
moabs

Sorry I'm asking the question that's been asked 100000000000000000000000 times before :deadhorse:

Thank you very much in advance!

Knuckles 2.0. Never found a track they did not like. I use them on my Thunder Tiger. Pins are best on certain tracks. but if you have an undecided track, here's my vote.

panther step pins.....med...the nipples flex and grip on th ehard stuff and the pins dig into the looser stuff.....I haven't swapped tires in about 4 days at the track now and have seen every surface condition so far......

PM me, I have a set of Knuckles I will sell ya if interested... I'll be on later tonight..

Thanks for all the replies. I'll probably go w/ the knuckles seeing as how most on here reccomend them.

IMB, you got PM!

panther camelions soft compound is an excellent tire.

hey cvec7, did you try the 20 degree c-hub?

you should also try the 20 degree hubs, they run around 10$ @ the lhs and the upper arms run about $6, the buggy feels better when it comes out the turns, smooth and easier to handle, around 90% of the hyper7 buggies at the local tracks are running 20 degree hubs.
