Solid deal on a Tekno Buggy

I’ve been asked several times by members here to keep my eyes and ears open for any solid deals on Tekno 1/8 buggies or truggies..

I’ve seen threads like this on other forums ran by Woodie, but if this goes against anything-Mods please feel free to delete.

This guy has been a member of several Tekno groups I’m a member of. It’s NOT the most current model, but IS competitive, and Tekno does NOT stop producing parts for older stuff. This is ONLY 2 generations old, and shares the same chassis, and 85% of the current, brand new 2.2. EVERY PART on this buggy can be replaced with a 2.2 part. So you CAN have the brand new current vehicle should you so desire.

These cars are damned near bulletproof, and STILL competitive with the correct setup.

They ALSO make tremendous BASHERS just as they are.

I am not promoting this “for a friend”, I am simply helping members HERE by letting them know this is available-as I was asked to do.

also based on location he def raced at my uncles hobby town lol (if I never mentioned before, my uncle is the manager of a hobbytown in omaha, he helped me get a massive deal on my slash years ago when I was first into rc, if I didn’t like to use affirm I would try to get discounts now lol but i’d have to pay cash, next time i’m out in omaha though I might see if I can get anything and take my slash back)

Exactly. It’s definitely been well maintained, and isn’t beat to shiit. He’s been around on the groups for a while, and if using PP, I see no issues with the deal. $200 shipped for ANY competitive 1/8 buggy is a steal, ESPECIALLY a Tekno imo.

oh really? I had worked there under the table doing small things when I was 13 lmao, I helped stock the shelves, sell drones, and then cleaned the pit areas before race nights for there indoor carpet racing
