Sleeve Removal

I tried the suggestions in my Nitro Basic book in trying to remove the sleeve, and it ain't working. Got any simple tricks in removing it?

What way have you tried so far? Have you tried heating it up in the oven at ~200 degrees for 10-20 minutes? It usually slides right out for me. Use gloves when removing!

What i do is i take a zip tie and slide it through the exhaust port before i remove the piston let the zip tie rest across the top of the piston then gentle turn the crank so that the zip tie catches the bottom of the sleeve and then by doing so it should start to move the sleeve enough to were you can grab a hold of the sleeve at the top of the case and then remove it, hope that helps.
