same lid as my sons. thats messed up about the motor!!! I had the same problem with my rusty it seems that the lhs sometimes dont care about how banged up stuff gets. cause I had to get a motor from the company. to get a good one. hopefully you dont go through that!!!!! were u able to have some fun with it yet???? that pic aint dirty I will find mine after a muddy road got in my way.. and I had paddles on the back of it.. well enjoy and wish you luck!!!! you can always do the power up program and get a vileneo brushless system for your origional electronics and like a hundred bucks I think you should check into it... brushless is easier to maintaine!!!

well the missus kindly took the motor in today for us , and i have a number out of hours for my lhs if i get stuck with anything , and there going to replace it free should be in sometime this week , :D and yer i really wanna go brushless but dont have the bucks to do it , i have the tq radio and some other stuff I'm gunna sell on ebay see if i can fund something towards it , coz its 160 quid to power up over here , i had about 3 packs through it and was quite pleased especially with the handling , but top speed is abit , errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, looks sweet as going round corners , and jumping is well easy , but give it time and i will beef this bad boy up , just strugling with grip atm on loose surfaces

I here u on the money part. I also had a prob with my slash the CC esc. went dead on me, using the old esc. for right now I have to send the new one back and get it replaced.. alittle less power but ohwell I guess as long as it is free!!! use the gears that came with it the 23t pinion and the 90t spur it should give you more top end thats what I run.... good luck and I know what you mean wait till you can get on a track with it!!!

huy guyz managed to get a quick vid nothing spesh , ended up with 2 bent shock shafts , and thats it . ran 2 packs on this jump and thats all that bust

oh I know what you mean with the castle creations brushless I leav posi strips on the pavement... and in soft dirt you will still go through paddles within amonth of strait use I have had to alternate to get treads to last. l.o.l.

a nice dirty one and a pic of the new brushless set up will get one of it action sometime soon you got to love the rooster pics:D
