Should I be able to turn both wheels forward at the same time?

Trying to diagnose a problem with my Arrma Vorteks and I was wondering if I should be able to turn either the two front or two back wheels together by hand at the same time, with the driveshaft and motor disconnected? Thanks

i believe so if the diffs are locked definitely if not maybe
