ShockOil setup for racing?

Hi i have a Xray 808 and i have started to race. I was wondering what Oil setup do people generally use for their Front and Rear suspension? How many?

50-60wt oil is nice, it really helps steering and wont land hard off of jumps. good luck on the track

I think thats more to do with monster trucks they need up to 60wt for jumps and stuff. But i was looking at racing.
